Fire training and instruction record sheet
All occupants/employees are required to have appropriate and adequate instruction and training in the actions to be taken in the event of a fire. This should be given as soon as possible once they have commenced work and be repeated at regular intervals.
Information and instruction
Training is to be given to all members of staff, including cleaners, maintenance staff and anyone who is likely to work outside office hours and should be based on your fire risk assessment, fire safety policy and evacuation procedure. Use the Fire Training and Instruction Record Sheet document to record all types of training given to your employees.
