How do we form a company?
It’s never been easier to form a company and to start trading immediately. But as always there’s an element of you get what you pay for. So what are the pros and cons of each option?
DIY project?
You’ve made the decision to form a company, now you need to do the admin. There are three options: (1) ask your professional advisor to do it for you; (2) buy a ready-made company; or (3) do it yourself. Especially if your company set-up is fairly simple, the last option is worth considering.
