Failure to pay enhanced shared parental pay not discriminatory

The Employment Appeal Tribunal has ruled that an employer’s failure to pay a male employee enhanced shared parental pay when it paid enhanced maternity pay to female employees was not direct sex discrimination. What’s the impact for employers?
